Bio

I am the owner of a home-based web business selling vintage Japanese kimono and textiles. I lived in Kyoto, Japan for three years in the mid-1990's and I return (taking a small tour group) every year. I have fallen in love with the country, the culture, and of course, the kimono.

This blog will be a way for me to contribute to the growing awareness and appreciation of Japanese culture in the West. I learn so much every day in this business, I am happy to finally have a place to post it!
